How much of your story is "original"?

I'll preface this with "yes I know 'originality' is a very vague concept," so the definition I'd use here is "something that came from your brain and not intentionally inspired from somewhere else."

My main WIP, to me, feels mostly original, in that I came up with the setting, plot, and characters are things I came up with; the only thing that I feel like I've taken from elsewhere is the "visual" design of some characters, but everything else is so different I don't think anyone would ever...
