Cost of Self-Publishing

Greetings! New SF writer here. I’m planning on taking the self-publishing route (KDP/KU probably), and am curious on the cost to do so. Following is a list of expenses I know about:

• Editing/Proofreading
• Formatting
• Cover Design
• Website/blog/mailing list
• Ad buys
