mild traumatic brain injury 2007

I have an MC who was involved in a car accident along with two other friends when a semi hit them when the truck driver fell asleep behind the wheel. Two of the friends in the front seat have minor injuries but my MC got the brunt of the collision as well as the injuries, resulting in traumatic brain injury and other injuries typical in a car accident.
